All order ship direct from our factory. It typically takes between 24 and 48hrs to ship.

If you contact us via our "Contact Form" within 60 minutes of placing your order there might be a chance. However, we typically cannot change/modify your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the fulfillment desk when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

All our packages are shipped via DHL E-Commerce with full tracking.

Shipments to the US typically deliver in 5-7 days after they leave our warehouse. All other international orders may take up to 15 days.

Yes, we offer DHL Express which delivers between 2-3 days.

Yes. We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia and parts of Europe. If your country is not listed you can also contact us to make other arrangements. A minimum quantity may be required.

Shipments to the US do not pay any kind of customs or duty fees. While most other countries do not require a fee for solar products there may be a small customs or duty fee. Any fees or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
